our lovely cat Norman has decided he needs to bring into the house the fruits of his labors of hunting all day...
the first time it was bird feathers and part of a wing and a big ol cat turd in the middle of it all.
the next time it was a half a mouse bleeding out.
yesterday Norman caught a bird and brougt it in and tussled with it as I was in the basement at the computer. It was a bit creepy to hear it all going on...
luckily I'd just been out taking pictures of our red trees, and Norman was kind enough to let me take a pic...

well at least he probably will keep the house free of mice... or he could just bring them in for playing like our cat. but she usually gets it after a few hours of play. i'm glad he isn't like lightning, who can surprisingly catch a mouse and bring it in, but can't do anything with it after that.
I appreciate the gifts from the cat more than jen does..
on the side note, that wall looks a little discolered at the bottom. (missing trim board?) is that one thats up for the painting crew at T-day?
cat gifts are nice, just not inside... I am glad he eats (most of) it though.
trim on the room is off because when we moved in it was off, and we've not put it on. It's in the closet waiting...
