hmm.. looks somewhat legit. I say scrap the plywood (or use it for more shelves or something, make a garden shed, that kind of thing)
and use the 2x4's for Kindeling (sp?) for the fireplace. get all the green wood burning good with old 2x4's
I presume you were looking at this on craigslist
