Hot diggity, I get to change my clock back one whole hour tonight! I love when we get to change the clock back - it's light a little earlier in the morning, which is great because I detest getting up in the dark! Sad that it then gets dark at 4:30p, but still I love the "extra" hour...

"working" people
So I'm at work today, going around delivering some papers. And I walk past this big color copy machine we have, and there's a coworker sitting there, in a chair, watching the paper feed from the tray into the copier. And the pile of paper going in is not just 5 pieces, there's a good chunk of paper there. I really wondered if she had nothing else to do during this time, and she really was waiting for the copier... or it it's just her normal way of doing things.
It just seemed so abnormal, I had to laugh.
"What did you do at work today honey?" "Well, I sat there and watched the copier take my paper! It was great!"

leaves
I love fall when the leaves change colors, and it's crisp out, and just beautiful. Makes it seem that everything is right.
Yesterday I went for a walk around the neighborhood w/ my husband. We have only pine trees in our yard, and no deciduous trees. So in my walking I picked up fallen leaves from all the neighbor's trees. A few years back I read about pressing leaves between wax paper and ironing them, then having them to hang or place around. I did try it a few years back, but somehow it didn't work out right (iron wasn't hot enough?). They didn't really get pressed together.
So now, that's my fun project for today :)

So I can't get anything to post...
Yes, I'm a loser. I type up a whole little post, and then click publish post, and nothing happens... bah.
So we'll try somthing simple to see if that works.
